AFTER consuming way to much fatty food these last few days, ha, tonight it’s finally to hit the gym, again.

It feels good to be heading back in to the world of fitness after quite a couple of weeks time out.

My plan of action is stick to the basic machines tonight, such as: the treadmill and the stepper, because I don’t want to cause more pain in my lower back.

My idea behind hitting the gym allows me to keep my body fit and healthy. It is also a good way of making me feel good about myself. After a good work out, I feel proud, as if I’ve achieved something and it also helps to relax my body, making me feel happy.
