JUST over half an hour ago, a countless number of homes, businesses, streets, churches, community areas and many many more places will have switched out their lights out in order to show their respect to everyone involved in WW1.
A massive community of people came together in order to show their respect. This was succeeded by the switching off of all electrical lights, leaving only a single candle burning.
Both silence and darkness filled my home, as me and my family sat huddled remembering each and every single sole, from WW1.
Bravery and fear were two strong emotions which will have been racing through the minds of WW1 soldiers, but not one person will ever forget what they did for their country.
Without a shadow of a doubt, each one of them will live on in history.
